Above showcases my bio writing services. This was done for a client who posts to the running motivation and fitness space. The bio needed to be developed for the About page of her site.
Because the client was new to website marketing, she did not offer a lot of input in creating her professional bio. But her convictions and purpose clearly come forth in the content she shares on social media each day. I was able to pull ideas from what she had already published, to form a cohesive professional bio that struck a balance between her personal ideals and professional credentials.
A bio such as the one displayed here may take anywhere from 2 hours or more to create. On average, it might take about 5 hours, assuming there will be back-and-forth communication, information gathering and one or two rounds of feedback and editing requests from the client.
The standard content writing rate is $70 per hour, adjusted based on volume of existing body of work for that particular client. The option to have the copywriter create one draft and let the client decide if he or she will edit the writing without further assistance from the writer, will help to keep the price of bio writing services at the lower end.
